Store your Lorraine cheeses at the proper storage temperature of 33-40 degrees F. The refrigerator can be a very drying place for foods, so make sure you store your cheese in an air tight container to keep it from losing moisture.

Unopened packages will be good until the sell date on the package. Once opened, we recommend using it within 7 - 10 days.

No, not at this time.

Do Lorraine cheeses contain anything hydrogenated?
No, Lorraine makes natural cheeses. They do not contain any hydrogenated fats, oils or acids. They only contain milk fat.

The majority of the naturally occurring lactose in milk used in making cheese is removed during the cheese-making process. However, the finished cheese still contains a trace amount of lactose. So, unfortunately, Lorraine cheeses may cause problems for people who are lactose intolerant.
